Most orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours of payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

3. Estimated Delivery Time
We currently ship to the United States only. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

•Standard Shipping:  11–25 business days
•Express Shipping: 7-15 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, local postal delays, or other factors beyond our control.

4. Order Tracking
All orders include tracking information, which will be sent to your email within 48 hours after your order has been shipped. You can use the tracking number provided to monitor your shipment status.

5. Shipping Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
